One of the newest features of the recently re-designed Med-Associates.com is the Customer Portal.  The portal is available to Med Associates customers as a 24/7 resource for product manuals, up to date software drivers, and detailed product release notes.  Users can also send questions or product suggestions directly to our support and product development teams.

A. Detailed Release Notes and Technical Manual Library – Organized in a searchable and sortable table style menu, registered users will have full access to detailed product update information and update histories as well as access to downloadable PDFs of the most recent product manuals.

B. Up-To-Date Software Drivers – The portal will also give you direct access to the most up to date software drivers as well as a detailed revision history.

C. Contact Support and Support FAQ – To continue to assist you with your product support needs the customer portal will also house a Support FAQ and a contact form which goes directly to our support team for fast replies to your specific questions.

D. Submit a Development Request – Have an idea for a future product development? Send it to us through the Development Request form in the customer portal.  Here you will be able to send us your ideas and suggestions for new and improved products.
