TTL/28V Adapter – Basic

Use to:

• Input – Send a TTL signal into a Med interface from a 3rd party system
• Output – Send a TTL signal out to a 3rd party device (e.g. optogenetics laser) from a 28V Med output

Also differs from our other TTL adapters, in that these basic models:

• Polarity cannot be changed (“active high” only)
  • Turns on the device when TTL signal transitions from 0 to 5V
• Smaller form-factor for easy in-line placement
• Economically priced
• Can only be used when interfacing with Med connection panel (SuperPort/SmartCtrl/OmniCtrl) and interface card
  • BNC TTL connection only
  • Cannot use a separate power supply
  • 28V power provided by the connection panel
