Return Policy

All returns must have prior authorization.

Please contact the Med Support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by email (support@med-associates.com) or phone (802-527-2343).

Unopened products may be returned prepaid within thirty (30) days after receipt of original order and must be in unused condition and in original packaging. We hold the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on items purchased and returned due to any circumstances other than a malfunction. Invoice for original order must be paid prior to any credit being issued. Issued software is non-returnable and non-refundable.

All returns including repairs and replacements for warranty or non-warranty products must be sent freight prepaid by the sender, must be packaged properly, and include the RMA# on all packages.

Product Packaging Requirements

In order to ensure safe delivery of RMA product please observe the following:

  • Disconnect any removable protruding cables from all products, to prevent damage to cables and connectors during movement in the shipping process (28V power connectors on cabinets, AC power cables from rear of device, etc.).
  • Ensure proper immobilization of sensitive products containing load cells.
  • When multiple items are returned please ensure that they are secured and immobile, lighter items should be placed above heavier items. Med Associates is not responsible for any additional damage during shipping.
